Advisory Board

Frank Creegan, Washington College

Frank was a very early adopter of inquiry-based methods of teaching from which The POGIL Project was based. He has been and advisor and evaluator to the POGIL-PCL group from the early days.

Scott Lewis, University of South Florida

Scott was brought on to our advisory board because of his research in chemical education, with an eye towards examining how our work is disseminated to the broader community of chemists and physical chemists.

Marcy Towns, Purdue University

Marcy has a long history of evaluating active-learning in physical chemistry and has worked with members of POGIL and POGIL-PCL to understand how students learn in active and team-based environments.
